If you're interested in a piece of jewelry that is currently on
back order, call us and we can tell you when the item will be
back in stock. Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive,
an item can go out of stock before we're able to post notification
to the site. If this happens, we will notify you personally so
we can help you find another item.
Infrequently, data may be inaccurately displayed on our site
due to system errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these
errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and
all errors when they do occur and we do not honor inaccurate or
erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without

We want to help you find the perfect diamond. If you do not find

At this time, we do not carry loose fancy-colored diamonds.
If your Chevelle ring does not fit, we will resize it free of
charge within 45 days of its original shipment. Resizing will
take approximately 10-14 business days.
At this time, we do not alter our jewelry.

Standard Written Checkes and Money Orders
Chevellejewelry.com also accepts money orders, cashier's
checks, or certified bank checks denominated in U.S. dollars
as payment for all orders. Checks must be drawn on a U.S.
bank and have the customer's name and address imprinted
on the check front, with a valid nine-digit bank routing
number (ABA code) located at the bottom of the check. "Temporary"
or counter checks are not acceptable.

If you pay by money order, cashier's check, or certified
bank check, your order will be delayed since we must wait
for receipt of the check and for the funds to clear before
we can ship your merchandise. If you reside in the United
States, paying by any of the above methods typically delays
your order about 15 business days from the day we receive
your check. Dishonored checks will be assessed a fee of
$20.00 or the maximum allowed by law. All international
orders must be prepaid in full in U.S. funds via cashier's

A debit card is treated differently than a credit card by your
bank. A debit card is much like a credit card in that it may display
a credit card company logo, like Visa or MasterCard, but a charge
to your debit card uses funds directly from your bank account.
The biggest difference is that your bank may institute a daily
charge limit on your debit card. If the price of your order exceeds
a daily limit set on your debit card we will notify you, as this
will prohibit us from processing your order.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, cannot be returned
for a cash refund, and are not transferable. Any unused portion
will remain available for future purchases under the same Gift
Certificate Number. Chevelle Jewelry is not responsible for lost
or stolen gift certificates.
Chevelle Jewelry gift certificates are redeemable only at www.chevellejewelry.com.
Certificate cash value is, 1/10 of one cent. Gift certificates
and unused portions expire on the date listed on your printed
gift certificate, or the date listed in your gift certificate
e-mail (does not apply to California or where prohibited by law).

We fully insure each order all the way to you. That means that when
your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. For
added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for
all Chevelle Jewelry orders, regardless of any signature waivers
you may have with FedEx.
If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than
your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that
your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card
company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to
your credit card.
Currently, sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses
in New Jersey.

To help ensure you make the right choice, we offer a very flexible
return policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with
your order and it is still in new condition, you can return it

To keep our prices low, we do not allow comparison purchasing.
Comparison purchasing is the act of buying several items with
the intent of keeping the one you like best and returning the
remainder. This causes undue restocking and inventory overhead

some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size
